She Prayed for Me

I was just playing around with waxes on clayboard not looking for anything in particular. A blank canvas is intimidating, so I was just melting and pushing the wax around. . All of a sudden I saw a face, then the back of her head with long hair. She appeared to be on her knees praying, looking towards the light.

That is amazing! Did you do anything else to bring out the image because it is clear as a bell to me.

Thank you Sandy, No I did NOt, I was fooling around. I showed this to my dear husband, who is "challenged with my art work" to put it mildly. He told me what was there, the hands, I had not seen them and the light. I just saw the side view of the face. I showed it to my daughter and she saw it right away and A dear friend pushed me and I posted it. I had been reluctant to post. Myste, this is ultimate GUT ART!

My dear Brenda

So glad you posted her! She is so beautiful. God is pleased with your art and He wants you to display it for His Glory. I just love the fact that there is so much hidden in your art that you never know is there until it is finished! Isn't that just like God to hide beautiful things for you to search out?

God bless you and His gift in you

Hugs, Patrina <")>><

Yes, I see the woman praying. That is a delightful surprise to find, for you. I hope you will keep this painting so you can enjoy it for a long time.
