I Believed...

This journal page was done over 10 years ago in an Artist Journal Swap. I just found it again.
When I was a little girl, the only piece of chicken that I was given to eat was the wing. My mom told me if I ate the wing, when I got older I would surely fly. I used to practice all the time by putting a towel around my neck and running real, real, fast waiting for the wind to pick me up.

Boy, parents will tell their kids anything, won't they? I love the story and you in your yellow towel. That's a very nice collage. I like the 3 different kinds of images. The words mean a lot too. I see you are still going through things in your craft area. Are you making any headway?
